Replacement & Exchange Policy

  • Products are eligible for replacement/exchange only(purchased directly from Daenyx International Pvt Ltd) if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
  • Customers must report issues within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (images/videos).
  • Replacement is subject to product availability; if unavailable, a refund will be initiated.
  • Used or damaged products (not due to transit) are not eligible for return/exchange.
